Terms & Conditions
THE CONTRACT
The contract is a guarantee both for the client and for us. A contract will come into existence between the owner and the Client when we receive your signed booking form along with your deposit. By signing and returning the rental contract you are accepting these conditions on behalf of all party members.
LIABILITIES
We do not accept liability for the actions or omissions of those involved in the accommodation arrangements over whom we have no direct control and/or who are not employed by Mrs Giordani either as workers or agents.
You undertake to behave with propriety and in such a manner as to in no way cause distress, damage, danger or injury to other clients, property and/or any third party. The contract of any client found in breach of this clause shall be terminated immediately and we shall have no further contractual obligation. We shall be entitled to recover the full cost of any damage or loss caused by you or your party.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden.
You are responsible for any damages caused to property by yourself or any of your party.


HOW TO BOOK AN APARTMENT
Step 1: A provisional reservation is made by phone or e-mail; the client receives the contract to be completed and sent back by email within 48 hrs.
Step 2: The reservation will only be confirmed once we receive the deposit (30%) and a completed, signed booking form.
Step 3: The payment of the rest of the balance (70%) + 600 Euro of caution has to be paid by 21 before the arrival of the client. The caution will be returned after the stay.
Step 4: We will write an email with the complete address and other additional informations. The client should communicate the time of his arrival at least 7 days before the first day of his holiday, either by email or by phone.

CANCELLATION OF THE BOOKING
You can cancel a booking at any time with a written notification (fax or email), losing the entire deposit (30%). If the cancellation is less then 3 weeks before your arrival you will lose the entire amount paid. We will confirm the cancellation of the booking in 24-48 hrs from your notification.


AFTER THE BOOKING
Our self catered properties are available from 5pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. If you are arriving before or departing after this time then you have to communicate it to us.
